Phil Leahy, Founder

After selling his business in 2009, Phil shifted his focus to organizing conferences for the retail industry in Australia and the USA. He is also the co-founder of the VIP Awards (Vendor in Partnership Awards), which kicks off Retail Week in New York each year.
In October 2020, Phil launched MedCart, and in October 2022, his conference and events business, Retail Global, was acquired by Maropost.
Phil now dedicates his time to the MedCart Marketplace & Online Market Experts Outsourcing and serves on various advisory and board roles, leveraging his wealth of experience to contribute to the industry.

Now a director at MedCart, Annabel is involved in training and onboarding new team members in sales and customer support. She also oversees the marketing and merchandising teams.
Annabel believes that effective communication and understanding are crucial for unlocking the talent in the Philippines and matching individuals with roles they excel in and enjoy.
